Well, I'm still alive.. This is my first post in absolutely ages, cos i've been kinda busy..
Lots been happening, made loadsa new friends and generally had some serious laffs...

Hey people!
Once again, I've been lax in my blogging duties for ages, so I thought I'd just say what I've been up to.
Well, my sister got married, and I was best man.. Only a small close family sort of wedding, tho', which was nice..
Also, I went to Spain on Holiday...
More importantly, while visiting my parents in Spain, I finally came out to them, which was, frankly, terrifying!
I think it might take some time to come to terms with it, but at least they didn't disown me.
Oh, and here are some pics from last night.. went out with Sam and some random guys and got quite wasted!!

Online again! Yay! I've moved to my new flat, and just got my broadband set up!
Jo isn't very well atm, but hopefully she'll be ok by saturday (she's the one taking me to this party).
Danny has FINALLY finished his novel; he's currently reading it through and will send me a copy to proof read soon.
Stevie has decided to stay in New Zealand for the time being.. **sigh** I really miss her and Stu sometimes.
My sister is getting married in June!! Yay! The only downside to that is that my parents and grandmother will be there.
Oh, I've found a new, bigger, apartment! I'm gonna be moving in on the 20th! It's really nice, much more space, new carpets etc..
I went to the Karaoke again on Monday (sang "Bat Out of Hell" and "Holiday") It seems to be becoming a regular thing,. anyway, there was this guy there who was with some friends of friends, and he was Really cute... didn't get his name though, and I don't know if he even noticed me much (see my point above) :-(. Definitely gay tho'. Who knows, he may be there next week :D.

OK.. so I'm feeling quite stupidly depressed today. Went to Exeter with Jo & Tanya last night to see Athlete. Just as we were about to go in, however, I got the onset symptoms of a full blown migraine, and had to bug out. Started feeling better this afternoon, and now i'm up and about.
So that pissed me off to start with. I phoned my parents this afternoon, which was, as usual, really frustrating, coz I couldn't be myself, not really.
I currently have less than zero money, so I'm stuck in my craptacular flat with only myself for company - ok, so I try doing all the things that make me feel better (going online and chatting, reading stuff, watched a film etc etc..), but I'm just still feeling really depressed, and dare I say it, more than a bit lonely. Bugger, now I sound like a total loser.
It's times like this when I wish I had a steady boyfriend.. you know, someone to lean on when u feel like crap.. unfortunately, meeting new people often involves going out, which, in turn, involves spending money.. which I don't have. Also, the Gay scene around here is abysmally insular and cliquey.. Theres,like, 1 club, 1 bar and that's it.. Besides, I hate the generic music and chavvy style, which is all they seem to like.
Anyway, just thought i'd spill all that on here in a vain attempt to feel better.. **sighs**
So, if any of you know any single, attractive, fun gay guys, let me know, huh!

Went out to a straight club last night with Jo, Tanya & Grace. We visited a club called "play", which is the current name for a venue which, over the years has had many names. And Unbelievably, they still play the same cheesy music, along with Banging dance tracks (which, really, I hate). eg bloody "Living on a Prayer", "Summer of 69" and "Don't You Want Me Baby" were all present and correct. Now I remember why I can't stand those places. ANYWAY, we dance like idiots and generally had a lot of fun, until I got fed up with some mad girl who wouldn't stop coming on to me, even after I told her I was gay. Got home at 3.30am, Jo stayed over and we crashed almost immediately. Then I had to be at workfor 9! So what an Immensely fun day I've had, trying to stay awake and focused. Anyway, here's a pic:
